Field & Stream Time-Lapse Camera Review — October 2011

Field & Stream covers the PlotWatcher in its October 2011 issue. The article, Buck Timers: Watch a Huge Section of Woods with New Time-lapse Cameras, is written by Lawrence Pyne, gives high marks to the PlotWatcher Pro. Excerpt follows.

The hottest new game cameras do what yesterday's trail cams never could: pattern daytime deer activity over large areas via time-lapse photography. Requiring neither heat nor motion to be activated, time-lapse models capture images of deer whether the animals are 20 yards away or 200, allowing you to scout an entire field or a wide oak flat all day, day after day, without missing a beat. By taking standard daytime photos at set time intervals, these cameras can store thousands of images to be viewed later as time-lapse video.
